Unzip the archieve into the PES 2009 path (i.e. c:\program files\konami\pro evolution soccer 2009).

*For who wants to test on different mode..like an hack game..try to install www.garena.com login in it, enter in left4dead room and change settings for the game(left4dead) choosing pes2009.exe after launch it (compatibility mode) and run pesmagazine launcher, it gets your garena virtual lan ip...try to play with that with the launcher :D

Fix Solution:
Enter here c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ and proprierty(right mouse button on that) of hosts toggle READ ONLY and the launcher will RUN fine 

Fix if you don't have MS office xD: download.microsoft.com...tuppad.exe
