Final fix. Modified tatics buttons, player arrows, sub arrows, injury arrows, numbers and frames.

IMPORTANT:
Based on original scoreboard, do not use any edited unnamed_153.bin to work! Just extract in your kitserver's rv0c_x.img folder.
