New Stadio Nuovo Romagnoli (John Romagnoli) is the football stadium of Campobasso. The stadium has a capacity of 25,000 spectators (temporarily reduced to 7,500) and currently houses the New Campobasso football team in Serie D. Although it is called Nuovo Romagnoli, in reality it has not yet had an official name.
It was inaugurated in February 1985 in the tender round of the Italian Cup between Campobasso and Juventus of Michel Platini.
He also hosted on June 3 2003, the friendly Italy - Northern Ireland (2-0).
There have been some concerts, among others, have sung Antonello Venditti in 1990, the Litfiba a year later, Pino Daniele in 1997, the Subsonica in 2002.
