Open Grapic Game Studio and select "Open ---> rv0c_i.img" is the default folder in "C: Program FilesKONAMIPro Evolution Soccer 2009 DEMOimg"

Answer "Yes" to question
Go unnamed_106.bin the file and click on the second texture [the fund you want to replace]

Click the button right on the figure at the center open and select "Open"

Select one PNG from the pack
