The following Option File is based around the PESFAN OF with EPL kits both outfield and Goalkeeper for all EPL teams based on ArsenalD kit designs.

Updated all Spanish team kits and names!
Updated all transfers! (ingame players only)
Made unlicensed National team kits!
Correct player, league, stadium names!
Removed fake duplicate players from NT's!
League B still has blank teams for you to write over with who ever you want.
EPL kits based on ArsenalD designs and recreated/tweaked by me

Note:-
I tried to recreate ArsenalD kits without really checking up on kits from the teams websites etc, So if anyone sees a wrong kit colour/shade etc please dont be afraid to post it.
Any future update wont be until after the offical konami update to see what this does to the saved data
