Diamond Patch BETA version

After more than 3 months of working here is the BETA VERSION of the one patch where the series B is first of all!
Being a BETA VERSION patch is still partially incomplete, but already playable in the future and will be updated and improved to a final version.

Features:
Adding all-series B, with almost all the faces and all values and playable in Master League.
-Added all the kits in the series B.
-Added-kit Football League referee.
-Added introductory video-League Football.
-Added Bayern, BATE, Werder, Anorthosis, new national teams and editable.
-Added new ballpack and new bootpack.
-Rose-to-date 3-2-2009.
-Added new faces for existing players.
-Added new stadiums with prewiew custom.
