Rambo's menu by Torinogranata12 [update for english]

This is an update of 'Rambo menu' for english.
It contain the rv0c_e.img folder for english. (Change rv0c_i with it).
It contain also the readme with the instruction for add rambo's menu, in english.
If you didnt download the first file 'Rambo menu' download it, it have the cv05.img folder, need it.
