ONLINE KIT PATCH (RE-LINKED PARAM.DAT, WITH KITS+MORE) PEP2009 PATCH VER 1.0

I've taken the painstaking task of relinking the param.dat so that kits work online! Relink tool is great but the option file is overidden when you play online so you have default kits...that is if you can find anyone using anyone other than Barca or Inter anyway This patch actually has the kits relinked within the cv02.img file so inserted kits now work online!!!

The relinked param.dat in contained within unnammed 11 in CV02 so please feel free to just use that if you don't want the extras. this relink will work with next-gen editing blogs kit patch if you don't like my kits for any reason (except Ossasuna which I had to relink to 7910-7911).

All premiership kits with prem numbering and arm badges (including gold for Man Utd)
National Kits (Costa Rica, UAE and Classic Teams Missing)

Team Names/Leagues all updated (works online)
Ball Pack
Shiny Emblems
Transfers (option file only due to recent Konami online ban, boo)

Notes

* Radar colours not always accurate as expected - query with Yogui.....

* Found small problem that causes game to crash if you try to select Real Betis, will investigate this evening!
