Seria A kit updates, added kits with sponsors where missing including my own Torino correction. Other corrections such as an updated Milan Kit.

Re-edited unnamed_9 (team names) to fix Getafe issue, also corrected more names (removed FC where it doesn't sound right from a lot of teams for example)

Option file was causing issues with mater league and player faces so has been removed. Please see explanation on page 4.

NOTES: If you just want the kits/retain your already installed emblems, balls, scoreboard etc just copy the cv06.img and cv02.img folders from this patch to your kitserver folder. This will give you just the kitpack with real team names. If you have jumped the gun and installed the Konami 1.2 beta patch, you will need to use AFS Explorer to install, until Juce updates kitserver.
