WEARC Explorer v1 by Panos
It's a tool that can be used to open the new KONAMI file types "WARC", and export or import content from/to them. I started making this tool as soon as I downloaded the new DLC, but, had I known that Omar Ahmed was making the tool, I wouldn't create this :) Anyway.... How to use: Open WARC file (like dt0f.img from 11/10/2012 DLC). Changelog: v1 - Export/Import Functions To Do: Delete file from WARC Known bugs: none yet Credits Programming, Research: Panos May work with .NET 3.5
